With all race places taken, entry for the 2018 Black Rock '5' has now closed.

Limited spaces still available for this year's race. We still have a few postal entries available for this year's race on Friday 25th May. Download the postal entry form here.

Entries open this Friday (13th April) at 19:00 on . 150 places will be reserved for postal entry using the downloaded entry form, available on the same date.

Race director John McKay recently took a trip round the rock at a time when tidal conditions would be similar to race night in May. The video below shows the likely conditions at the rock on the night.

The planned date for the 2018 Black Rock '5' is Friday, May 25th.

Online entry will open Friday April 13th.
